1. Buy advertising on your local cable station- Your local cable stations offers local insert advertising on various channels for very affordable prices. In some markets, you can pay as low as $20. You could produce the ad for under $800.
2. Sponsor a local charity event- People want to do good things for their community. You can get your url for your blog in front of those that attend the event.
3. Send a press release – This is some of the best free publicity you can get. Make a list of all the radio, TV, cable stations, newspapers and magazines in your community and send them the
press release.
4. Create Flyers- Have some flyers printed and place them in local stores.
5. Buy Google Adwords- You can have a listing on Google Adwords for as low as five cents per click to show up under specific key words that relate to your community.
