		<description>Don&#039;t despair of the twenty-somethings.  It is an age when they have to try to find themselves.  If we did our job right when they were pre-adolescent, and if we did it half-way right when they were adolescent, they will be back.

BUT if we blew it when they were young, we may never see them again.  

Realizing this puts the work we do with kids in a whole different perspective.</description>
