		<description>The surprising thing is that churches and businesses will usually try and think of the BIG thing that will get attention but it is the SMALL things (exceptional greeters, great follow up, delivering cookies to first time visitor&#039;s homes) that can make a Purple Cow or generate buzz.  

And there&#039;s nothing like a cookie, coffee, and hanging at a book store!</description>
