Using Volunteers To Maintain Your Church Website

There has been some great feedback on the last post about church and ministry websites. Most of those who left comments said that they utilize volunteers to create and maintain their church’s web presence. This is great. This is sharing and giving ministry away to those in your church who can use their gifts and abilities.
It’s great to get people involved – I agree. What I’ve found difficult (not with the website, but with other ministries) – is that when people leave/get busy at work/for whatever reason don’t have time, it’s easy for the ball to get dropped and that particular ministry to suffer. It’s a tough balance of volunteer/staff input…
